Information we collect

Inquiry form details such as name, company, email, phone, country, product category, quantity, message, uploaded references and selected inquiry list items.
Website usage data such as source page, landing page, referrer, device/browser information and interaction events.
Advertising attribution data such as UTM parameters, Google Ads GCLID, GBRAID and WBRAID, fbclid, ttclid, LinkedIn click identifiers, and Meta fbp and fbc values when they are present.
For website lead events sent through Meta Conversions API (CAPI), the relevant event may include fbp or fbc, IP address and user-agent information, plus hashed contact details when provided.

To reply to catalog requests, RFQs, sample questions, OEM/ODM projects and packaging discussions.
To understand which products, pages, campaigns and channels generate useful B2B sourcing inquiries.
To improve website content, follow up in our CRM with relevant product information and measure advertising performance.

With your explicit marketing consent, we may use Google Ads conversion measurement, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag when configured. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not prevent essential site functions or inquiry forms from working.
For qualified B2B inquiries, Google Ads enhanced conversions for leads may match consented click identifiers or normalized contact details with campaign activity. We record an export receipt before marking a lead as uploaded.
Meta Pixel can measure browser page views and relevant actions. Meta Conversions API (CAPI) may send matching server events for website lead submissions; browser and server events use the same event ID and are deduplicated to avoid double counting.
If you submit a Meta Instant Forms lead form, Meta provides the form responses and related form, campaign and ad identifiers to us for CRM follow-up. Advertising platforms may process browser, device, referral and campaign information under their own policies.

We do not sell inquiry information.
