02. Hand weaving

Workers weave paper rope or natural fibers around the frame according to the approved sample.

03. QC inspection

Our team reviews structure, weaving tightness, surface finish, size and color before lining.

04. Lining fitting

Add inner lining after inspection when the product requires fabric protection or retail finish.

Confirm size, shape, weaving tightness, edge finish and handmade consistency against the approved sample.

03Pre-lining check

Inspect structure and surface finish before the inner lining is fitted.

04Lining & finish

Check lining position, edge finish, labels and visible appearance before packing.

05Packed carton inspection

Support random carton opening inspection after products are packed.

06Shipment handoff
